Straightforward terms. No legal maze. Here's how working with us works.
The short version: By using this site or working with us, you agree to these terms. We do our best work, you pay on time, and we treat each other with respect. If something isn't working, we talk it out. That's how we operate.
These Terms of Service apply to anyone who visits automateus.org, submits a form, books a call, or enters into a service agreement with Automate Us LLC ("Automate Us," "we," "us").
By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the site or our services.
To engage our services, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident or registered business entity of the United States, and not using our services for purposes competitive with Automate Us.
Automate Us provides business automation services including but not limited to:
The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal. These terms apply on top of that agreement. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any service offering at any time.
Service fees are outlined in your proposal or service agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to the payment terms stated in that document.
If you have a billing question or concern, reach out to us directly and we'll work it out.
To get the most out of working with us, you agree to:
You agree not to use our services or website for any of the following:
Our services may include AI-powered features such as AI voice agents, text-based chatbots, automated follow-up systems, and other intelligent automation tools. By using or receiving these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
In accordance with California's Bot Disclosure Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17940–17943), we disclose that our automated agents are bots. This disclosure is made at or before the start of any automated interaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automate Us LLC disclaims all liability for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, AI system errors or malfunctions, or decisions made based on AI-generated information.
All content on this website — including copy, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Automate Us LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
For client work: once your project is fully paid, you own the deliverables we built specifically for your business. We retain the right to reference your project as a case study (without sharing confidential information) unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any AI-generated content produced through our systems on your behalf is licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not sell, license, or commercialize AI-generated deliverables without our explicit written permission.
We build systems that are designed to perform. We stand behind our work and stay involved after launch to make sure things are running correctly.
That said, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like revenue numbers, lead volumes, or conversion rates — those depend on too many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-through.
What we do guarantee: we'll show up, do quality work, and fix anything that's broken on our end.
Automate Us operates using GoHighLevel (GHL) as its core CRM and automation platform. Certain aspects of data processing, storage, system availability, and security are managed by GoHighLevel's infrastructure. We take all reasonable steps to protect your data within our control, but we cannot be held liable for outages, data losses, security incidents, or policy changes that originate within systems controlled exclusively by GoHighLevel or any other third-party platform including Google, Meta, Twilio, or others.
We are not responsible for disruptions to your systems caused by third-party platform policy changes, API updates, or service terminations beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and adapt your systems when such changes occur.
Automate Us LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time with written notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution method.
We'd always rather talk through a disagreement directly before it reaches that point — and we mean that.
We may update these terms as our business grows and evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If something in here doesn't make sense or you have a question about how we operate, just ask. We're a real team and we'd rather have a direct conversation than leave you confused.
